During alcohol treatment or drug treatment, the monitoring program provides you or your loved one with a sober professional who meets offsite, including home. Much like a recovery coach, sober companion, or life coach, they can visit a patient’s residence and offer help and advice in adjusting to living sober day-to-day. Establishing new patterns of behavior and ways of living is a skill that is built over time and is an accountability that is often needed early in recovery to help stay sober, focused, motivated and goal-oriented.

Our drug addiction treatment and alcohol treatment programs provide accountability with our monitoring system and our experience has shown it to be an effective process for long term success in sobriety. In addition, monitoring helps us stay connected and build lasting relationships with our client: We closely watch a client’s behaviors, actions, and words so that we can provide immediate recovery responses at times when the risk of a relapse is high.  Additional accountability is introduced through frequent random Drug and Alcohol Testing.  

Our Sober Monitoring and Case Management treatment team works closely with the client as well as their support system and family, to guide them in their recovery process, in times of progress and times of difficulty.

Individualized Treatment Services-
  • Daily updates and communication from Case Manager – provides supportive communication
  • Random urinalysis, screening for drugs and alcohol – Enforces accountability
  • Treatment plans and daily living plans regularly monitored and reviewed – Establishes sober living habits
  • Weekly face-to-face individual sessions with treatment professionals – Maintains professional contact and support
  • Treatment professionals on-call for 24-hour crisis support – Because relapses can happen anywhere, at anytime
  • Regular visits to home to check for a safe home environment – Affords an opportunity to analyze, review, and correct if necessary
  • Attendance monitoring for mandatory meetings, appointments with therapists, outpatient treatment programs, etc. – Ensures that sober living calendar dates are met
  • Attendance records of said meetings such as AA, NA, SMART Recovery or any other 12-Step program to ensure outside support.
  • Attendance records signed from therapists, sponsors, probation officer, etc. to ensure responsibilities and structure.
  • Family group therapy to rebuild close relationships, set boundaries and develop self-esteem.
  • Documentation of client’s progress and regular reports to the client’s support system – For use in for any legal matters or for family use
